  1. I love Babingtons! It’s one of the best tea rooms I have ever enjoyed. Whenever I am in Rome, I visit a few times. The tea is exceptional, the scones are incredible, the salad nicoise is delicious. They serve champagne and sandwiches and a wonderful rum cake. The ambience is charming and timeless! The silver cat tea pot (I bought one for home) is gorgeous. The location is perfect… stop by the Keats Shelley house afterwards!
