Impressed! We visited the Boss shops (men and woman) again this year and I am highly impressed by the personal service in the shop. I got attention and got served in a very friendly and professional way and I felt comfortable and well. I get home with really nice clothes that fit me and I feel absolutely good about it. Alessia served me first time i was in the shop, when I looked at shoes, a jacket and some leisure wear. Her pleasant way of focussing on my wishes and needs was very impressive. No pressure, no nonsense just very skillful in her selling approach, service minded and customer focussed. Very impressive. When I got back I did not see Alessia and Erika served me and she is also impressive, but a bit more tactical and streetsmart but also clever. Both of them did very well and I left with a very good impression from the Boss shop in Via Frattina this year and some nice new fashionable clothes that fits me. Alessia absolutely best, Erika a good number two. We also got very well served in the women shop next door and got home with some nice clothes for my wife also. Thank you Boss!
