Piazza Colonna

Piazza Colonna is a lively meeting place in which stands the Column of Marcus Aurelius. The spiral relief tells the story of Marcus Aurelius as he waged the Danubian and Marcomannic wars and at the top of the column stands a statue of Saint Paul that was placed there at a later date. Piazza Colonna is a great place to meet up with friends and hang out with Roman history.
